- Manage infrastructure for core .NET applications hosted on IIS, including networking, debugging, and server performance.
- Support SQL Server and relational databases with experience in schema design, query optimization, and data integrity.
- Migrated core company infrastructure to a VMware vSphere / SDDC environment, restoring critical services (SVN, FTP) and validating production systems after migration.
- Designed and deployed the company’s Kubernetes platform, including Docker images, Helm deployments, ingress configuration, GitOps workflows, and ongoing production operations.

- Implement secure SSO integrations using Firebase, OAuth, and JWT authentication.
- Act as a technical liaison between engineering, clients, and business stakeholders by scoping integration work, supporting customers, producing technical documentation, and advising on infrastructure and integration architecture.
